Responsibilities: As a Junior Accountant, you will play a vital role in the financial operations of our corporate partner. Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Assisting with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
2. Supporting the accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
3. Assisting in the reconciliation of bank statements and general ledger accounts.
4. Assisting in the preparation of tax returns and compliance with regulatory requirements.
5. Contributing to the month-end and year-end closing processes.
6. Assisting with financial analysis and variance reporting.
7. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
8. Staying up-to-date with accounting standards and industry regulations.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, we are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:

1. A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
2. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
3. Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel.
4. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
5. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
8. A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
